The Charge:ÌýÌý
- Expand efforts to foster the retention, graduation and success of community membersÌýthrough targeted initiatives, timely interventions and a holistic support system.
- Develop a cross-trained team to support the institutional climate, compliance, and resource distribution, all with a focus on access and community programs that lead to successful community outcomes.Ìý
- Offer ongoing educational opportunities on policies, practices, strategic support themes and the development of dialogic skills that support retention, graduation and success.
